It is a well known fact that 1 out of every 4 businesses are impacted by cyber attacks.  A recent IBM report study  us that the average cost of a cyber attack in 2006 was $3.54M US dollars and today, just 14 years later it is at $8.19M US dollars.  This is a 130% increase over the past 14 years.  Its no secrete that the cyber criminals are getting smarter.  During the pandemic of 2020, cyber crime rose by a factor of 4.  Cyber criminals have no same and attack even the weak.

Its high time we start thinking strategically about how to defend our data centers from cyber attacks.  This week on SpectrumCast Sean, Tricia, Randy and Steve talk about architecting for cyber resilience.  We know they bad actors are going to get in.  Its not a question of if, but when.  And when they do, are you prepared to get your data center up an running as quickly as possible.
