As cloud becomes more predominate in IT, the whole "as a service" model is taking off as fast as it did in the late 90's with companies such as Storage Networks.  Today, security is better, network performance is better, expertise is better and costs now seem to make more sense (in some cases).  Given all this, as well as the fact that data resilience is tough stuff, having experts deliver your businesses service levels can take a lot of strain off of IT.

Tricia, Randy and Steve talk about the growth in the data protection or data resilience as a service or managed service market.

We also continue our discussion on DLP or data loss prevention.
